Accounts & approval

Who can open a trade account?

Athena is a wholesale portal for independent resellers. Apply with your business details, and once your account is approved you can browse the live catalogs and order online. Trade pricing is visible to approved accounts only.

How do I apply, and how long does approval take?

Create an account and complete the short trade application. Our team reviews every application before activating it, and we aim to get back to you within one business day. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive an email invitation to set your password.

I’ve been approved. How do I log in?

After approval you’ll get an email invitation to set a password. Use it to activate your account, then sign in any time from the login page. If your invite has expired or you never set a password, contact us and we’ll re-send it.

Pricing & ROI

Is this genuine wholesale pricing?

Yes. Every line shows your trade price rather than RRP, alongside live stock levels and the quantities actually available. Pricing is visible to approved trade accounts only.

What is the ROI data shown on each product?

Many lines include market data (an estimated return on investment, per-unit profit and recent sell-through) so you can gauge demand before you buy. Treat it as a guide drawn from marketplace data, not a guarantee of your own results.

Can I switch between UK and US pricing?

Yes. You can switch between the UK (£) and US ($) marketplaces from anywhere in the catalog, and pricing updates to match. The catalogs available to you depend on your account’s region.

Ordering & payment

What can I order?

One account unlocks every catalog: books, toys and everyday consumer goods (FMCG) spanning health and household, beauty and grocery, each with live stock levels and real quantities. Filter by category, margin and ROI, then order the lines you want.

How do I pay?

Orders are paid securely by card at checkout, processed through Stripe. No emailing spreadsheets and no waiting on a manual invoice to pay by bank transfer. Add to cart, set your quantities and place the order online.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, every order gets its own invoice as a downloadable PDF, billed from Butyros Ltd. You can revisit your orders and invoices any time from your account.

How do I track an order?

Every order is tracked from checkout through to dispatch in your orders area, and we’ll keep you updated by email. Dispatch times depend on the catalog and stock availability.

I’m a brand or distributor. Can you stock my range?
